The Pantry Makeover and Nutritional Shopping Tour Program is an exclusive educational system designed to teach our clients how to shop and exactly what to eat. Nutrition makes up approximately 80% of how your body looks and responds to exercise. - On-location Grocery Shopping field trip at your favorite store: We meet you at your favorite grocery store and walk you aisle by aisle through the store to teach you how to shop for food! It's a simple, yet effective way to illustrate the importance of making healthy food choices. We take time for questions and also offer healthy alternatives to your favorite unhealthy food choices so you'll be armed with knowledge each time you shop for food.
