Boot Camp Classes

Bella Boot Camp is a H.I.I.T. exercise program which incorporates a diverse combination of various training methods which is the best path to overall fitness.
We have combined cardio conditioning exercises, plyometrics, traditional strength & conditioning techniques, endurance training, sports drills and good old fashioned group camaraderie to form the premiere exercise program for any committed individual- regardless of fitness level.

Boot Camp Class Schedule

All you need to bring is an exercise mat, a jump rope, workout gloves, and water. If you don't have a mat or jump rope, we have some on hand for you to use.

In-Studio Sessions:

7:00pm

Tuesday & Thursday

Our in-studio small group sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm. You don't need to bring any equipment but many of our clients prefer to bring their own exercise mat and jump rope!

Virtual Zoom Sessions:
7:00pm

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday

Our virtual sessions can be joined from anywhere in the world using our Zoom link. Gather some basic equipment, set up your computer or phone and work out with one of our dynamic coaches from anywhere!
